• Download Mod Zip File
• Extract it, and you will get ePSXe app, BIOS File, Mod Tekken 3 Game file.
• Install Epsxe app
• Open and set Bios inside the epsxe emulator.
• Now select Tekken 3 Mod game file in the emulator and begin playing.

All Players are Already unlocked in the game, begin playing.
